There are many versions of this challenge floating around. I did the 22 Days Challenge last year. It is to help support soldiers, those struggling with mental illness, and more!
I was re-nominated by Bia R. to do this challenge (Aug 5, 2020). The rules are simple: Once nominated you start the following day. Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups (unassisted, knees, medicine ball, counter, wall, whatever). Each day of the challenge you nominate a different person.
